The Quran Academy at Markaz Ul Islam is dedicated to nurturing a lifelong connection with the Qur’an through structured, authentic, and spiritually enriching education. We strive to cultivate confident reciters, committed learners, and individuals who embody Qur’anic values in their daily lives.

Program Streams

Structured pathways designed to nurture confident recitation, strong tajweed, and lasting love for the Quran at every stage of life.

Kids Quran Foundations (Ages 5-12)
  • Goals: Arabic mastery, correct pronunciation, love of Quran, masjid manners.
  • Skills: Qaida reading, short surahs, daily du'a, wudu/prayer basics.
  • Approach: Short lessons, repetition, weekly take-home practice.
  • Parent role: consistent attendance, daily 10-15 minute home practice, respectful communication with teachers.

Youth Tajweed & Confidence Track (Ages 13-17)
  • Goals: Confident public recitation, accurate tajweed, memorization habits, Islamic identity and discipline.
  • Skills: Makharij, key tajweed rules (nun/meem, qalqalah, madd), memorization plan, revision methodology.
  • Optional add-ons: Youth halaqah, service hours through Markaz programs.

  • Entry requirements: Ability to read Quran fluently with acceptable tajweed baseline; placement test recommended.
  • Structure: Sabaq (new), sabqi (recent revision), manzil (long-term revision) depending on level.
  • Tracking: Memorization log, teacher sign-o , monthly check, parent updates for minors.
