Northern Lights Sisters Foundation (NLSF) is a women-focused initiative delivered through the Islamic Centre (Markaz) and the We Care Unit. We support women of all ages through faith-based development, wellness education, parenting and family support, and community connection, helping women feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Who We Are

Northern Lights Sisters Foundation exists because strong women build strong families, and strong families build strong communities. NLSF provides a welcoming, supportive environment for women to connect, learn, heal, and contribute. We recognize the real-life challenges women carry: parenting stress, isolation, grief, cultural transitions, relationship pressures, and mental overload. We respond with practical support, faith-based grounding, and community belonging.
