Northern Lights Sisters Foundation operates within the Markaz to provide structured spiritual, emotional, and family support for women.

Programs include weekly halaqas, Quran reflection circles, and mental wellness initiatives such as Empower Her: Mental Health & Khadija (RA) Program (June 2024).

Sisters have actively supported community projects including Ramadan
programming, toy drives, and family wellness sessions.
