What we offer
- Event volunteering: setup/cleanup, guest (welcoming), parking guidance, program support.
- Community services volunteering: sorting donations, packing food baskets, distribution support.

- Emergency response volunteering when the community mobilizes (as capacity allows).

How to access this service (intake steps)
- Complete the volunteer intake form (interests, availability, skills, languages).
- Choose preferred role categories (events, community services, youth, admin, skilled).
- A coordinator contacts you for orientation and assigns you to a volunteer group.
- Complete any required screening for youth-facing roles (policy-dependent).
- Join the volunteer communications channel and receive upcoming shifts/opportunities.
Who it’s for (eligibility and boundaries)
- Volunteers must respect privacy: do not share personal stories you hear while serving.
- Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or bringing community members down publicly.

- Anyone who wants to serve with respect, reliability, and good conduct.

Fees, donations, and financial accessibility
- Volunteering is unpaid service. Some roles may offer training or certifications depending on program partnerships.
- If costs are required (police check, training), the centre may support depending on policy and funding.
