When a death occurs, families need immediate guidance, calm coordination, and community support. Markaz Ul Islam provides funeral and bereavement support rooted in Islamic practice, helping families navigate next steps in Fort McMurray and the RMWB region.
We aim to reduce confusion during a painful time by coordinating religious requirements, communicating with the community respectfully, and connecting families to practical resources.
What we offer

How to access this service (intake steps)
- Call Markaz immediately and select “Funeral ”
- Provide key details: name of deceased, family contact, location, urgent timeline
- A designated coordinator will guide the family through religious and practical
