When a death occurs, families need immediate guidance, calm coordination, and community support. Markaz Ul Islam provides funeral and bereavement support rooted in Islamic practice, helping families navigate next steps in Fort McMurray and the RMWB region.
We aim to reduce confusion during a painful time by coordinating religious requirements, communicating with the community respectfully, and connecting families to practical resources.

- Janazah (funeral prayer) coordination and announcements (with the family’s consent).
- Support with ghusl and preparation processes (based on available trained community members and policy).
