Focus: Youth Development and Leadership Training.

Target Audience: Youth aged 12–18 in Wood Buffalo.

Intended outcomes:

Increased youth involvement in community service and civic engagement
Improved leadership and interpersonal skills
Youth feel empowered and confident to make a positive impact
